Privacy Policy for FinHelp, VitalKeep & GeoQuest

FinHelp, VitalKeep, and GeoQuest are provided by Santhu Manchi (independent developer). This Privacy Policy explains how these apps handle user data.

Data We Access and Use

FinHelp

• SMS content and metadata, used on the device to detect credits, debits, bills, and subscriptions
• Transaction data you add manually, including amounts, dates, categories, and notes
• Reminder data you create in the app
• Notification permission, used to show reminder alerts

VitalKeep

• Profile details you enter, such as name, age, blood group, allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, and notes
• Medical documents you scan or import, including images and PDFs
• Vitals you record, such as blood pressure, glucose, and weight
• An optional profile photo, if you choose to add one
• Camera permission, used to scan documents
• Notification permission, used to show lock-screen ICE alerts
• NFC and nearby Wi-Fi permissions, used for device-to-device family profile transfers
• Biometric permission, used to unlock the app on supported devices

GeoQuest

GeoQuest is an educational geography game for children and adults. It does not require an account and does not automatically collect personal information, location, contacts, photos, audio, advertising identifiers, analytics, or crash reports.

• Scores, progress, settings, question history, hint usage, and onboarding choices are stored locally on the device.
• If Android Backup is enabled, eligible GeoQuest progress and preferences may be backed up to the user's Google account and restored by Android. Google controls this system service; the developer does not operate or access the backup account or backup files.
• GeoQuest includes an optional Report issue action. It prepares question details, the selected answer, revealed hints, app version, Android version, and device manufacturer/model, then opens the user's email or sharing app. Nothing is sent unless the user reviews and sends it.
• If a user sends a report by email, the developer receives the sender's email address and the report content. This information is used only to investigate the report, respond when appropriate, and improve app accuracy and reliability.

How We Use Data

FinHelp and VitalKeep process app data on the device to provide budgeting, reminders, document storage, emergency information, and profile-sharing features. GeoQuest processes game progress and settings on the device to provide gameplay, scoring, hints, and progression. We do not transmit SMS, financial, health, or GeoQuest gameplay data to a developer-operated server.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. If a user chooses to export, back up, transfer, email, or share data, it is sent only to the destination the user selects. Platform services and destination apps may process that information under their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

App data is stored locally on the device. VitalKeep stores documents in app-private storage and encrypts sensitive files. GeoQuest stores progress in app-private storage. Manually exported files, Android-managed backups, and user-sent support messages are handled by the services or destinations selected by the user.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears app storage, resets progress where supported, or uninstalls the app. Android-managed backups follow the user's Android and Google account settings. Support emails and issue reports are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate, resolve, and document the reported issue or comply with applicable legal obligations. Users may request deletion of support correspondence using the contact address above.

Children's Privacy

FinHelp is not directed to children under 13. VitalKeep is intended for adults aged 18 and over. GeoQuest is designed for children and adults and does not automatically collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of external email, sharing, website, and account features.

Ads and Purchases

The current versions of these apps do not use behavioral advertising. The current GeoQuest release has no ads or in-app purchases. If ads or purchases are added in a future release, this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures will be updated before that release is made available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as an app changes or legal and platform requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. The latest version will remain available at this privacy-policy URL.
