Privacy Policy for FinHelp & VitalKeep

FinHelp and VitalKeep are provided by Santhu Manchi (independent developer). This Privacy Policy explains how both apps handle user data.

Data We Access and Use (FinHelp)

• SMS content and metadata (to detect credits, debits, bills, and subscriptions)
• Transaction data you add manually (amounts, dates, categories, notes)
• Reminder data you create in the app
• Notification permission (to show reminder alerts)

Data We Access and Use (VitalKeep)

• Profile details you enter (name, age, blood group, allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, notes)
• Medical documents you scan or import (images, PDFs)
• Vitals you record (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, weight)
• Optional profile photo (if you choose to add one)
• Camera permission (to scan documents)
• Notification permission (to show lock screen ICE alerts)
• NFC and nearby Wi-Fi permissions (to transfer family profiles device-to-device)
• Biometric permission (to unlock the app on supported devices)

How We Use Data

All processing happens on your device to provide app features such as budgeting, reminders, document storage, emergency info, and profile sharing. We do not transmit your SMS, financial, or health data to any server.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. If you choose to export, back up, or share data, it is sent only to the destination you select.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device. VitalKeep stores documents in app-private storage and encrypts sensitive files. If you export or back up data manually, the exported files are stored where you choose.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete entries within the app, or remove all data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

FinHelp is not directed to children under 13. VitalKeep is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be available at the privacy-policy URL you access from the app and the Play Store listing.
